I notice some people are reviewing the post office because “they aren’t getting their mail”, that should be a review for the entire USPS and NOT just our local post office! These workers do what they can as efficiently as they can with what they have, USPS goes way beyond this office…”
“This was my first time using this location. It is a smaller branch. I usually ship a large amount of packages. So when I pull up to a smaller branch I brace myself for the dirty looks, which is unfortunate since it is a post office. However, today I didn’t get a dirty look, sass, or frustration.
Taryn (sorry for sp.) was very kind and well spoken. She let me know their scanners were down without that huge “LET ME COMPLAIN ABOUT MY JOB” energy and even asked me why I wanted the scanning service for my prepaid packages. AMAZING! Customer service after my heart! After explaining, she gave me a few options and a recommendation for my next large shipment with a promise to get my packages scanned in a timely fashion.

Her kind demeanor and compassion compelled me to want to write a review to show how much the time she took and her kind words were appreciated. She was also very professional and went above and beyond to take care of my issue. Her leadership is also seen in those she manages. The staff are all delightful.”
“I’ve been meaning to make a review about this post office! I run a monthly mail club and send out 100s of letters every month, last month my letters were 1.1 oz and I needed to get additional ounce stamps for them. I went to FIVE post offices that day before I found them.
While this post office didn’t have the stamps, this was the ONLY worker who was NICE about it. All of the other workers were so incredibly rude, snarky, back talking me and treating me like I was inconveniencing them by trying to use their services.
She even offered to hand apply metered mail to 100s of envelopes for me… but I knew it would take hours and didn’t want to make her do that! I don’t remember her name but this was on August 24 around noon, whoever was working then, PLEASE PLEASE tell her how amazing of a job she did!!”
