“All I can say is, WOW, what a hidden gem. A pharmacy that serves as a liquor store, gift shop, and bar? It's an interesting combination that makes it a fun place to visit. The liquor selection is actually pretty decent and I was able to find a few hidden gems at a very good price here, as were many of my friends. I also checked out The Fountain, which is small bar with a classic 1980s (and older) vibe. There were some rare, allocated whiskies available for tastings at a reasonable price, around $10 for an ounce. I'm sure their menu changes occasionally but it's a solid bar to visit to try something nice. My group also ordered the turkey sandwich that came with chips. It was a reasonably good sandwich, though nothing outstanding. They seemed to have some interesting pies, but I didn't have time to try those. Here, it's definitely about the whiskies and vibe. Can't wait to come back again.”

My package had seemed to be missing and these three really went above and beyond to stay in communication with me about the progress of my delivery. It feels like they were treating it like their very own delivery! Even as I waited, I observed Corey being so patient and helpful with all of the other customers. I ship everything there and recently I went in to ship a package that was going to cost $75 and they helped me condense the package and got the shipping cost down to $22 saving me over $50!Every other post office I’ve been to the employees seem annoyed and you end up standing in line for 30 mins. but not here! “I recently visited the USPS Highlandtown location for the first time, and I had a great experience. The location is very convenient and close to my house. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing, and despite the time, the staff was incredibly helpful.
Dominic, the lady who assisted me, was very friendly and patient. I had a few questions about mailing, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and even educated me on the proper way to handle my mail. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out.

“My abingdon post office made a mistake and forwarded a package I was returning to some random persons address in bel air. So I called the bel air post office to find out what happened and Deborah who works there helped me figure out what exactly happened and was trying to work out a solution and keep me updated. Thankfully the person it was delivered to dropped it off to my address personally since it was on the original label. However in this time Deborah was still checking in with me giving me status updates and working with her Bel Air carriers to try to fix the mistake. The bel air branch and Deborah was very professional and understanding (the package had a lot of value). After trying to work with the abingdon post office I was blown away with how terrible that experience was and bel air was the complete opposite. I hope someone high up at the usps reads this because Deb really went above and beyond and was looking out for me in the crazy situation and I truly appreciate that.”

“I spoke to Ms. Tonya who is a gem. We lost almost 800 dollars of invites after we mailed them from a post office in Perry Hall area. After 28 days, no one has gotten any of the 70ish envelopes we mailed. She was kind and sympathetic and is walking somewhere to talk to others to see if she can find any info. Plus, the phone was answered on the second ring by a real person. Even if she can’t find the invites, she made me feel better lol. Thank you for listening & being so nice.”
“I went to this office to get my daughter's passport. I was helped by a man with bushy hair (I think he is between 45 and 55 years old), he was very kind to me and my daughter who had special needs. This man made the whole process super friendly and with a professionalism that is hard to find these days. I would have liked to ask his name to thank him through this post. ?”

Darelene especially has assisted me with my passport applications, mail, renewals, etc. Really appreciate her and the team at this location.”
“When I moved to Baltimore I stopped by (being the closest to my home), got a PO Box. The person there that helped me was friendly and did a good job. Had to stop by a couple of weeks later to do an identity verification, same thing - service was great. Every experience I've had there has been positive.”

“This was my first time using this location. It is a smaller branch. I usually ship a large amount of packages. So when I pull up to a smaller branch I brace myself for the dirty looks, which is unfortunate since it is a post office. However, today I didn’t get a dirty look, sass, or frustration.
Taryn (sorry for sp.) was very kind and well spoken. She let me know their scanners were down without that huge “LET ME COMPLAIN ABOUT MY JOB” energy and even asked me why I wanted the scanning service for my prepaid packages. AMAZING! Customer service after my heart! After explaining, she gave me a few options and a recommendation for my next large shipment with a promise to get my packages scanned in a timely fashion.

“I find this post office very professional and caring keeping customers moving through their business. I moved to this post office box in Perry Hall from my original community due to problems with fraud, and my mail has been secure since.
Every time I have been helped whether by Cynthia, Bonnie or Tabitha I have always felt their knowledge and capabilities were quite obvious. When they were on vacation, Anton was the substitute and he was every bit as helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Whatever goes on in this office they strive to make changes and difficulties as seamless as possible. I am greatly relieved I came here.
One last thought: In our current society plagued by fraud, I will never again trust an outdoor mailbox no matter where it is. That is where my fraud came from.”
