New, more friendly, more energetic employees have made a huge difference in the quality and efficiency of service here. The self-service machines are great too but there aren’t enough of them.

I order a lot from Amazon and now that Kohl's doesn't accept returns, this UPS location is my new "go to". So far, all has been good during the few times that I've been there. Friendly customer service, no long lines, and accurate processing.
