“If I could rate this UPS Store 10 STARS I would! I'm in New York State and I recently purchased a VERY fragile antique item that included several small and equally fragile parts. I called and spoke first with Geoff who was very patient, friendly and accommodating and he provided me with a very reasonable packing and shipping cost. I asked if I could please be called prior to packaging so that I could provide small details about packing it. Shortly after the seller dropped off my item(s) to this UPS Store I received a very friendly call from Emily who explained that she would be packing my items. Emily was incredibly patient and helpful with listening to my concerns about my fragile items and explained that she would pack them very securely. Emily then EXCEEDED my expectations by sending me pictures of my carefully wrapped items that she painstakingly packed for me. THIS is Customer Service at the highest level. When my package arrived by UPS Ground I was amazed to see in person how securely Emily had packed each and every item. Every single item in my package received the finest care in packing that I have ever seen. I'm just frustrated as this notebook is basically used for writing so it's on the web rarely & it's had to go in a couple times & then sent out which I will say the group they send to isn't the best. I'm not sure what's happening but for the price, I'd like it fixed & properly working.”

“I've been to a lot of UPS stores and post offices to ship out products for my business. I have gotten the best service here. One day, one of the packages I sent out was delayed. I asked the staff here if they could help, or had any thoughts on if it got lost. They went above and beyond, examined the camera footage to make sure it didn't end up in the wrong bin and etc. The package arrived just fine, and it turned out that wasn't needed, but the gesture really showed my the professionalism of the staff. They were also very friendly and helpful, even though they were extremely busy given the season. I use this place exclusively now.”

As someone who has issues with talking to people & social anxiety, i felt really comfortable with the staff, they allowed me to say everything i needed help with and i got everything done within a few minutes. Every employee we interacted with was so friendly and helpful, the drop off process was super easy and you get a 15% off coupon if you purchase something that day. We were out for errands and had a few things to purchase - a got a pair really nice JBL headphones as a gift along with a classic board game - and the 15% off sweetened the pot. I was really impressed by the employees and service was quick and efficient.”

“I was on a very tight time schedule for a rush job of 100 two-sided color copies for an unavoidably last-minute family matter. I got the materials in a partially complete state on a Sunday evening and I needed to prep them for copying such that I could have the finished project a little more than 12 hours later. I uploaded the finished materials and my payment/contact information via The UPS Store website. Shortly after the store opened on Monday morning, I received a phone call from the store that the upload--in particular, the layout to be printed, wasn't successful due to a problem with the UPS server. My heart sank, because I could see that my tight deadlines were about to be shattered. But Peter, the representative, was reassuring. I only had to send him the materials in an email attachment. He waited on the phone while I sent the email and then confirmed that the materials were ready for copying. He understood my need for the job to be rushed, and said that he expected the finished job to be ready for pick-up around noon. That would be tight, but doable. Yet, not even an hour later, he called back to say that the job was complete, looked good, and was ready for pick-up. After the delay, my job was still delivered when I ideally needed it. When I picked it up, the several staff members I dealt with were polite, efficient and professional. I could ask for nothing more. And, the price I paid was exactly what I was quoted by the website, and about half of what their major chain competitor quoted. This was a total win. The combination of personal service, attention to this customer's need, and competitive pricing was all I could ask for. They'll be my first choice when I need printing and shipping in the future.”
