“I used this storage a year for my items while in Iraq and it was safe and convenient. The staff are helpful and nice. I also had an unbelievable “guardian angel” experience last week moving my bike from storage. The regional manager,Mike, went above and beyond to help me. I don’t know what I would have done without him. He was in the right place at the right time. I will pay it forward and help someone else. The people manning the calls for U-haul corporate customer service are rude, uncaring, and not helpful at all, but the local dealers are excellent and seem to have to deal with all the fallout from reservations not showing up. Highly recommended, Bonnie rocks!”
“We got a van from here for moving a large tv and a grill. It was ready when we arrived. Such a nice mom and pop repair shop, they were very friendly. They do take a lunch hour from noon until 1pm fyi. I would definitely recommend using them.”

“Our initial reservation for a 6x12 trailer, which are in high demand, was messed up at another location. The team at this U-Hual location in Aberdeen were able to get us squared within a moment's notice. They were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They honestly saved the day as we had a whole team of movers (family/friends) waiting on us. In addition, all the equipment was ready to go and functioned great. The store location was also clean and well organized. I highly recommend this location. We have another move coming up in a couple of months and will definitely use this location again.”
“Very quick and easy drop off, the attendant came out and met me as I was filling the gad back up, there were already uhaul parked along the side of the area so it was obvious where to put it, he instructed me to back the truck in and after I gave him the key said I was good to go. It was quick and easy and they are open until midnight. I had a great uhaul experience :)”
