What great customer service! Above and beyond helpful. The people manning the calls for U-haul corporate customer service are rude, uncaring, and not helpful at all, but the local dealers are excellent and seem to have to deal with all the fallout from reservations not showing up. Highly recommended, Bonnie rocks!
