“Returning to NJ from NC family visit when my car alerts me to low pressure in one tire. I exited the highway at stopped at 2 places and was told it would be hours of wait time to check for the issue. By some miracle I kept looking for a tire place instead of just limping the remaining 2 hour drive with my slow leak, that led me to Aberdeen used tires/Chavos!!!! I was in an oit of there in a flash! Dismounted the tire, found/ removed the piece of metal, plugged the hole, refilled low tire and checked pressure in the others and I was back on the road!! Cheap, fast and friendly! They solved the issue with no nonsense or attempt to sell me stuff I didn't need!! 100 stars if I could! Thank you!”

Very open and honest team about price line for interior and exterior detailing. Which I find is rare / hard to come by.
The team did a suburb job both with the interior and exterior of my car.
I have a 4 year old wrap, that has built up a black/dark smudge material that seemed to be embedded in the wrap after 4 years of being on the car. I’ve *never* been able to pull that discoloration out - but they pulled ALL OF IT out - even where I was rear ended and it was truly stuck in the wrap.
They were absolutely amazing, point blank.”

Unfortunately, the tire could not be patched, and a tire that fit my car was not available until after the holiday weekend. However, James and the amazing folks at Firestone literally bent over backward to get us a tire to get us back home to Pennsylvania. Not only that, but they were kind enough to let us stay in the waiting room with our dog during one of the hottest days of the year.
