“Jay Took the time out of his holiday to come and take a look at my truck to give me a rough estimate on the cost. When the work was done, he actually came below his bid. I feel they are very honest and would definitely recommend them. They are my new mechanics thanks so much Jay and to the Mechanic who put in my rear.”
“Went to look at a MKX at the Havre de Grace location that had just been listed. Wasn’t looking at it too long before Collin fox came out and assisted me. Quickly got the keys and a tag so I could test out the features and do a quick test drive. While I didn’t walk away with a new car that day, as I was test driving various models at different locations, I did appreciate Collin sitting down and going over the details with me including getting the carfax. I found the location easy to get to, friendly and very well kept and didn’t feel any sort of pressure or intimidation that other dealers may exhibit.”
“We've been using this shop for several years now, and we couldn't be happier with the service they've provided. They've worked on several of our personal vehicles and they've consistently been honest, dependable, and fair. They do quality work, communicate honestly about what needs to be done, and their pricing has always been fair and reasonable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic. They've taken great care of our vehicles, and we'll continue bringing our vehicles here for years to come.”
“The mechanic that works there is very knowledgeable and polite. If what he works on isn't right you don't get your vehicle back unless it works perfect”
“Huge shoutout to Crouch Automotive! Amazing service, fair pricing, and super friendly staff. They fixed the cracked manifold and rebuilt the rear differential on my Ram 1500, and it’s running like new again. Couldn’t be happier with their work—highly recommend!”
“I had an excellent experience at River City Truck Tire in Aberdeen, MD. They took care of me right away and got my truck back on the road incredibly fast. The mechanic was extremely professional, humble, and respectful throughout the entire repair.
He replaced one of my brake chambers quickly and did a great job. He truly saved the day, and I really appreciate the fast, high-quality service.
Thank you to the entire team! I highly recommend River City Truck Tire to any truck driver looking for honest, reliable, and efficient service. I will definitely come back if I ever need repairs again.”
“They were fast and reasonable with prices. They were able to plug my tire and do a patch at the same time. Also, they had my tires that I needed and they were brand new.”
“Been buying tires from east coast for over 5 years. I buy tires for my personal vehicles and also my service trucks, plus buy tires for my customers as well never had one issue with these guys.”
“Katie and the crew are absolutely fantastic. I came in and unknowingly had more issues than expected from previous maintenance. Katie and the crew showed me the issue, explained why the issue needed to be corrected, and provided me the information needed to sort out the repairs. If you’re looking for an honest shop, this is the one. I was treated with kindness and they helped ensure my safety on the road. I appreciate you all!”
“I’m so grateful we found this tire shop. We had a flat tire while traveling and were stressed because it happened on a holiday, when so many places were closed. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish.
They fixed the issue quickly and got us safely back on the road. The staff was patient, honest, and made a stressful situation so much easier. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism.
Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs fast and reliable tire service. Thank you again for helping us out when we really needed it.”

“I always went to Overlea but they closed. Everyone was like family so I came here to be reunited with them because of the trust and accommodating service over 50 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
“Amazing easy to do car servicing! Started First with the store manager . James runs a great location. It was clean and stocked employees were nice and courteous. Secondly my technician. Henry was amazing, finished my car before lunch despite not getting dropped off until after 9 am. Clean work, runs smooth, and everything i asked was done. Now lastly Cheyenne my service adviser. I asked what I needed done and she was so knowledgeable and precise. She had the parts I need there to be ready to go for my appointment for dropping off. She went above and beyond explaining everything to me. This was my first experience with this branch and I was blown away. I will be returning for future services. Thank you for everything from one beyond tired trucking mom!”
