“Took my car in for an oil change, and it ended up needing a lot more than a simple oil change. My car shut down after the oil change and they ran the codes, found the fix, and took care of the issue in a timely manner. They were very professional and answered my many questions with no problem. They provided clear communication the whole time - and they offer simple financing options for these times where you’re not planning for an expensive fix! I will taking my car here moving forward for sure!!”
“I completely trust Byron and his team with my cars. Been comming here for four years and they are always consistent, courteous, and communicate extremely well about every aspect of a visit. I have gotten great advice from them when I needed new tires for my truck and they saved me a ton of money. As long as I live in Harford County I will go to this location.”
“I like it when I get an invoice for a repair that actually equals the estimate! Plus, one if their mechanics steam cleaned the engine for me! Always satisfied with Graybeals!”
“Mike and crew have always done a great job with all my vehicles. They have done excellent body work on some, and have diagnosed and fixed several mechanical issues, in several vehicles in the past. Always efficient, friendly, and with great communication and reasonable prices. Complete trust in them for everything from brakes to major body work.”
“Huge shoutout to Crouch Automotive! Amazing service, fair pricing, and super friendly staff. They fixed the cracked manifold and rebuilt the rear differential on my Ram 1500, and it’s running like new again. Couldn’t be happier with their work—highly recommend!”
“Jerry saved me when my car broke down on the way to my sister’s wedding! He was able to get the parts and fix my car within 1 hour of calling on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. He was up front about the cost and transparent about the work he was going to do. I would definitely recommend H&B Autobody!”
“When my tire blew out on the I-95, the technician who came out went above and beyond to help me find a tire shop that could accommodate my car. I am so grateful that Mike was the one who responded. He had great knowledge of the tire shops and really looked out for me and my mom. But for his assistance, we would have been stuck over night. It is a true blessing that Mile responded to the Geico request. If you get stuck and see Thompson Towing coming, know you will be in good hands. Thank you so much for saving us!”

“Can't thank you enough for the excellent and timely service on my flat tire repair. I just moved to the Perryville area and was searching for a local garage. I have found it! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you!”
