“We came in on Black Friday to replace two televisions. We had a good experience with the store years ago when we purchased a Mitsubishi wide screen rear projector set. We were very comfortable with the company's response to our prior questions and need for service with our older unit.The wide screen Samsung TV that was on sale for the Black Friday event was more than we planned on spending based on online research at Best Buy, Amazon, Consumer Reports, etc. The quality of the device was worth the extra cost (although we were certainly influenced by Josh's professional in store sales demonstration.)We also got a good deal on the second TV replacing another old unit.There was no discount on the full price for the high-end sound bar that came nicely paired with the wide screen set.We elected the 12 month no interest payment plan for the convenience and 4-5% inflation savings benefit.The installation could have been next day. But it was no problem scheduling installation when we were available.The installers were professional and courteous. They left us with both televisions working properly and with no further set up on our part except putting in various passwords for any separate streaming services.”

“It was generally an okay experience, and we got what we wanted. However, staff needs training on how to properly communicate with customers, especially with people who obviously don't speak English as their first language.Speaking too fast + speaking too quietly is a recipe for non-communication. I don't really fault staff. I'm sure that it's not a frequent occurrence, but being trained to be a flexible customer service member is ideal.Edit: 4 stars for staff actively monitoring their reviews.”

“Tarie was absolutely amazing. We were experiencing several problems with my daughter's newly purchased SYNC UP Watch and after several calls made to customer service; they advised us to go to the store. This store, being the closest to us; we went there twice and Tarie was there to help us both times. He stuck it out with us and was not giving up until we had our problem(s) resolved and were 100% satisfied. If I ever have a technical assistance problem with any of my Team mobile devices; I certainly know who I will be going to see.
