“After 6 painful months of back and forth with Verizon through the phone/chat to get my trade in promo applied correctly (something happened and my promo wasn’t set up correctly in billing and wouldn’t honor the credit). I decided to walk into a physical store and see if anyone could possibly help me figure out what happened. Maaaaaaaaaan in 20 minutes they got me squared away, back paid for the 6 months of missed promo and fixed all the billing errors in my account. “Great experience, steph was super helpful for the moment I walked in the door and made my purchase a breeze! The gentleman that helped me with my purchase of my new car radio and navigation center, was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! I'm not taking any stars off for this but my only complaint is that it took more than a month to schedule an install. That was kind of a bummer, thank goodness I was able to get my old get my old radio to partially work so I wasn't without for that month. But I just wish when you made a purchase you didn't have to wait more than 30 days to get a slot for installation. I kind of get it, but I don't like it! ?”

“Grab your gas before or after going to Sam's Club or Lowes. It is off the beaten path & never really crowded. But it is the only 7/11 in the immediate area with gas pumps. Sorry, I mostly use Giant points! But I do love their pizzas & fountain drinks❣️Other prices too high, but that is why it is a convience store & you pay the price!”
