The store is friendly, neat and clean. Found good deals and few pet items. The manager Laura of Goodwill Jacsonville is fabilous. The store is always in neat condition, properly arranged and far superior to surrounding Goodwill stores. However, shelves and racks empty, restock need often, and items are in the backroom. pretty good while you can see piles of items sometimes beyond shelves.
This is a great location! Earl and Charlie are the best!

The employees at this store are super nice and do a great job of maintaining the store. The prices are a little all over the place and can be on the high end, but that seems to be the norm for thrift stores these days. They definitely take pride in the store and it shows in how well it's kept up.
