The store is friendly, neat and clean. Found good deals and few pet items. The manager Laura of Goodwill Jacsonville is fabilous. The store is always in neat condition, properly arranged and far superior to surrounding Goodwill stores. However, shelves and racks empty, restock need often, and items are in the backroom. pretty good while you can see piles of items sometimes beyond shelves.
This store is wonderful and the best part is the employees!! They are all fabulous and always willing to go above and beyond. Additionally, the store is super clean and organized. I honestly feel like I’m in a department store when I’m there. Just a great experience all around.
