How can such poor level of service be tolerated? The lady at the front desk was so extremely rude to every individual that came up to the service desk. After reading the reviews here, now I know I wasn’t imagining her behavior was outrageous. Almost all of the people in line to be helped were elderly. Do better USPS!

Terrible customer service. Employee was nasty to my wife. Tried to call manager, phone unanswered after > 20 rings. 1.7 rating for a public service outlet- this is ok?

They don’t want you to come in. If you do they will treat you as bad as possible. This place is as bad as it gets . Every business owner should stop by to see how you do not run your business
