“I am a bit overdue in my review. January 27th, two days after the big Maryland snowfall, I drove over to Pikesville from Frederick (75 minutes away) to meet my sister. Our mom had recently passed and my sister is listed on my mom's safe deposit box. Unfortunately the branch was closed - their lot had not been cleared by their contractor and the snow and ice was not safe. They were operating out of the drive in window for basic brand ops. When I explained our situation the entire team could not have been more helpful. A wonderful woman, who I believe is a manager, took action, let us in (with lots of warnings to be very careful) and helped us with our needs. Safety first, and we clearly understand why the branch was closed...but she showed empathy and everyone in the branch was super helpful.”
