“We purchased 2 Lazy Boy recliners recently. We did experience a problem with one of the chairs. The staff were very understanding. They sent a truck with 2 very kind employees to pick up the chair. They took it back to the store, fixed the problem, and brought it back the next day. All the employees there are great and care about their customers. Great customer service.”
