“The people are nice and helpful I just wish they had called me and told me my medication was there I went without it for several days but it was a mixup but they still should have reached out to me”
“This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The ladies that work here go ABOVE and BEYOND and it makes such a difference. We are so grateful to have such amazing people in our community.”
“I couldn’t have a better experience with this pharmacy. Ms. Katherine is always super bubbly and happy to see me. The staff is always working hard and super generous. ?”

“I live in Chincoteague, and while I have a pharmacy less than three minutes away it wasn't in my network for the longest time so I had to look elsewhere.
Started with another place for a while but they were constantly out of stock when it comes to one of my medications and the experience itself was uncaring, dismissive, and very 'pay and get out' so I decided to switch to the local 'mom-and-pop' pharmacy.
A decision I do not regret in the slightest. The owner and staff there treat you like a friend far more than a just a customer, greeting you by name when you come in and phoning you minutes after receiving the prescription there's an issue with insurance/coverage/stock problems/etc. which saves you a wasted trip, and I have one prescription which requires a prior authorization and they'll tell me when it's close to expiring so I can tell my doctor.
All in all, a wonderful place. Highly, highly recommend.”
