“Ever since Rite Aid closed I was forced to go to Walgreens for my prescriptions. It has been a nightmare. Never did my scripts ever get filled on time. This week I was 5 days past on my blood pressure medicine. Walgreens just never could keep my scripts on time. So I went to Karemore in salisbury and spoke with a gentleman who was more than happy to help me transfer my scripts. The gentleman called me backed 5 hours later after he kept being put on hold to tell me he finally got through and was able to transfer my meds. I want to say the effort he put in was top class. He kept trying and trying. He told me he would get me on a schedule that works for me. I am so glad to be gone from Walgreens and start a new journey with Karemore. So polite and wonderful experience thus far.”
