βWe have had an account with Bank of America for a number of years. Recently, I've had the need to visit this branch for a number of services. Without a doubt, Fatima and the rest of the staff are the friendliest and most helpful BoA employees that I've ever dealt with. I will always use this branch. We would give them 10 stars but Google only allows 5 stars.β

βVisited Navy Federal Credit Union in Ashburn, VA, on June 28, 2025, to get documents notarized. Joseph Anderson, the Member Services Manager, greeted us warmly and professionally, quickly coordinating notary assistance. We waited less than 5 minutes in a comfortable lobby before Zachary Mossburg efficiently handled our notarization. βThe tellers in Leesburg are the reason Iβm sticking with MainStreet! Theyβre so friendly, and helpful, they always greet me and my dog by name. Never got that at truist or any other big bank.And the fact that MainStreet is Dog friendly is a HUGE plus in my book.β
βWe were VERY blessed that once again using this NFCU branch found us to be treated excellent. On our most recent visit (11/27/2024), we needed to have some documents notarized (which is a free service for members). Teresa took great care of us and had us back on our way in no time at all. Getting something notarized and hoping for a decent charge for notary services is never a fun process but Teresa made it fun and yes.... FREE for members. We had originally went to a UPS store and it would have been $10 for each EACH signature. We had seven pages which would have been $70, Back to NFCU... I knew Teresa from another branch and she was always pleasant and professional just like she was when we visited on 11/27/2024. This is a GREAT branch with great people.β

βMoved from CA and was a long-time Chase client prior but when moved to Leesburg only branches were in DC.
Looking for new bank and walked in and was helped by Ron. Awesome experience, very experienced banker. Was taking advantage of a Chase open account promotion and was a great experience from greeter to making an appt to come back to open accounts.
Pleasant branch, greeters are almost too friendly. Unfortunately no safe deposit boxes. Hope that this is the beginning of a long relationship, switching from a bank that I had been with since we moved to VA that was originally BB&T but service has declined since the takeover.β

βThe Leesburg branch of Summit Bank is filled with extremely friendly and courteous employees, and I feel welcomed every time I walk in the lobby. It makes me feel valued to by known by my name.
