If you ever need a mortgage other banks might seem to be comparable but NFCU has less fees and doesn’t sell your mortgage to another lender.I would have taken more photos, but it was crowded when we went on a Saturday.The NFCU member bathroom is large and clean. “AH the BANK! I sometimes love going to the bank. You expect calm respectful treatment and you always get it. Unless you go to TD, Bank of America, Wachovia, BB&t, Chevy Chase or the ATM at a 7-11. That being said, I only go through the drive-throughs at banks. I have to say, certain PNC bank members are rather slow, d*** and disorganized. They take forever, why does it take 25 minutes to deposit a check?! Oh because you didn't sign the check, or put your name or address on it. Or perhaps you don't have an account? Oh you don't speak English? Damnit!!!! You can see what I'm getting at. The Drive through is the same as all the others, with the Jetson's tube thing but this PNC has a video monitor so you can actually see the teller in there little booth. Stop picking your nose, they can see you. Speaking of which I was on 7 west yesterday and the guy behind me was digging for gold, I mean he was up there. Sorry Anyways, they cash your checks when you ask, deposit when you ask and so far haven't had any problems with them. Cool orange debit card though, thanks for letting me stick out like a dude with crocks on. :( I loved my crocks”

“Out of all of the Wells Fargo branches that I've been to, this is one of the best ones I've been to. The staff there is always very friendly and tries to help you the best they can. This branch is rarely almost every time I've been in so I've been helped as soon as I walk in so I'm in and out with in minutes. Even though this branch is a bit out of the way from my house, it is on the way home from work and it's great. I love going to this bank branch!!”

“It is Friday, plenty of things to do, went inside because I had rolled coins. Mercedes, my teller was quick and efficient and when I was turning to leave, she told me about the teller two windows over "It is her last day. "Is that he reason for cake on the table coming in?" They all said Yes. I went over to say a word to the departing teller. This is a friendly bank. I had a good feeling when I left.”

“I can only speak for myself and my experience at the 43911 Farmwell Hunt Plaza branch in Ashburn Town Square. I've been to this branch several times in the past years and each time my experience has been nothing but wonderful. From Manager to the Tellers, every one has been welcoming, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and eager to help in any which way they could. Once, I went to inquire about Home Equity Loan and the manager not only just gave me the information I was looking for, she also showed interest in the reason why I was looking for that loan. Once I informed her, she then gave me a couple of other options that she thought might work out better for my requirement... and she was right. I did take her suggestion and am thankful & happy that she went the extra mile to understand my requirement and provide her professional opinion. I've also observed other customers interaction with the branch employees and never felt that the customer were upset or frustrated. In fact, they all seemed cheerful and happily talking with multiple employees as if they knew them all. I would highly recommend this branch.”

“It's nice to have a location so close!!!! You can find them at One Loudoun nestled in between Trader Joe's and Zoe's Kitchen, and needless to say it's a welcome addition to the area!!!!! Walking into this location is like a swanky little lounge and not a credit union at all!!!! Modern and upscale it feels nothing short of upper echelon banking at its best. It's worth noting that the ATM is located inside the branch. There are some familiar faces at this location that you may recognize if you have ever visited one of the other locations. Service was quick and efficient. Parking is not and issue, the parking lot is huge.”
