The staff here try to be friendlier than at other shops; other stores often lack personnel, are understaffed and overwhelmed, and the employees seem angry. This store, however, is truly special, and I recommend it to everyone because the staff really strives to provide the best service—it is the best place to buy chicken.”

“I applaud the store manager Brad for his attention to detail and willingness to help a customer. I was struggling lifting a 4'×8' piece of plywood onto my cart for a few minutes until Brad walked by to offer me a hand. There were others at the register that probably saw me and didn't help (but that's another story). He helped me load the plywood onto the cart and even found me someone who would help me get it cut into my desired size. Unfortunately the cutting machine was down and I couldn't purchase the wood as a result. Brad then offerred to put the wood back. This is the type of customer service that is lacking at most retail stores, even at big chain home improvement stores. I truly appreciate that the store manager would take time out of his day to physically help me. Thank you again Brad!”

“Rodrigo Saavedra and ProSource of Dulles, are in my (experienced) opinion, the very best in Northern Virginia. After going to 9 (yes nine!) flooring stores in Merrifield, Fairfax, Sterling and Springfield without any success in finding the product I wanted (a lighter colored, smooth hardwood) I asked a neighbor who is a contractor who he uses and he told me about them. Within a few minutes of being there, I found several floor options that I liked and the one that I now have (and love!). The showroom is big and comfortable. The staff are friendly. And Rodrigo is the best! He is kind, helpful, attentive, responsive (always available via text or phone!), knowledgable and explains things well. He is also very intuitive. After I pulled a few products myself, he understood what I liked and wanted and brought me a great piece.
