It's so so, the staff aren't super helpful unless you are overly assertive with them but what do you expect it's lows. They might have what you need, it might be in the right spot and if the website says its there it might even be there but then again, might not.

Alex in appliances was extremely helpful in our purchase of a new washer. He was knowledgeable and professional. The delivery team did an excellent job of installing the new washer and taking away the old one and completed the job within 20 minutes. I would rateAlex and the delivery team a solid 10.

If you need help in flooring, good luck. I recommend making an appointment. We waited 20 minutes for help, then the guy went to the back after spending five minutes answering our questions. Two other customers gave up and left the store. Most employees are MIA.
