“Bought our first real Christmas tree here today and could not be happier with the great service - from carrying the tree to get trimmed, to the rolling it out to the car and strapping it to the roof all within 10minutes. So easy, so fast and friendly, which when with a toddler, makes life so much easier. The trees are about double what we paid at lots in the past, but I would still come back for the good service ($190 for an 8ft tree). Looks good in the stand so far too! Hoping it lasts a month :)”

“Brant, the owner of Susanna Farm Nursery, personally took care of us in our project to improve the look of our front yard. He came to the house, assessed the space, drafted a plan of plantings, presented the draft to us, got our OK, and installed the plan, on schedule. He brought several additional plants a possible substitutes, depending on how we felt about our initial choices. Brant knows his stock, knows plants, and instills confidence. We felt very comfortable following his lead. Pricing was very reasonable, too.”

The trees were all open so that we could see how full they were and smell them, and we got the freshest, most full tree that we have ever had. Pablo's trees all seemed like great quality and we love that they are pretty locally sourced, too. “Wonderful garden department. Very convenient and store representatives are usually helpful or at least try to be (Ace Hardware has much better trained and knowledgeable store reps). Whenever any packaged product is bought, however, usually go to the hardware/fastener section to purchase real screws or hardware for the product, as sometimes the included hardware is of such poor quality that they don't hold up, e.g., screw heads that shear off when you use a power screwdriver - good luck digging out the screw post. Nails that are of questionable integrity and content. Stainless steel hardware should not rust. Nonetheless, very happy that they have and offer what they do, as they are very convenient. Also find their Android app to be very convenient.”
“This is a huge store, & I am just referring to the regular store not the attached equipment rental area. I was here on a weekday morning, & I saw employees everywhere I looked. I never had a problem finding someone to ask for help from. I recommend this Home Depot for all your seasonal decorations & your home improvement, fixit and related maintenance items. There is also a nice, large and clean men's restroom. The Christmas decorations you can get here are awesome & more than enough to decorate both the inside & outside of your home in the spirit of the season. If you are looking for a good sale they are in every department of the store. There was clearance in the gardening department and winter hand warmers on sale at the entrance. “In the past while shopping at Home Depot (Bethesda), it was a struggle. Whether it was because of Covid or the lack of staffing, you would need to figure out things yourself. Sometimes you were very lucky when the staff would at least point in the directions of what you were looking for. Today, we stopped by to pick a masonry drill bit set and the customer service were through the roof! It was amazing! Wow, we were shocked at the level of customer service! Great job!!! Don”
“I came in last night to get a thermostat guard and some drip pans for my plants. Everything was very easy to find and also very well stocked. Self checkout was a breeze even though there were also cashiers available too. I recommend this location because they have a great selection in the garden department.”
“I got 3 different christmas trees that were faulty when I unpacked them at home. Im still not sure if the problem was me or them, but Nadira and the entire customer service team were nice enough to help me put together the tree I ended up taking home with me in the store to make sure it worked.
