“Very helpful and friendly. Had a wide variety of plants,mulch, top soil, etc. we have a very shady area trying to get grass to grow. Steered us in the right direction. Everyone is very knowledgeable, I would like to use their expertise on what plants I should grow and where to plant them. Highly recommend!”

“Brant, the owner of Susanna Farm Nursery, personally took care of us in our project to improve the look of our front yard. He came to the house, assessed the space, drafted a plan of plantings, presented the draft to us, got our OK, and installed the plan, on schedule. He brought several additional plants a possible substitutes, depending on how we felt about our initial choices. Brant knows his stock, knows plants, and instills confidence. We felt very comfortable following his lead. Pricing was very reasonable, too.”

“Wonderful garden department. Very convenient and store representatives are usually helpful or at least try to be (Ace Hardware has much better trained and knowledgeable store reps). Whenever any packaged product is bought, however, usually go to the hardware/fastener section to purchase real screws or hardware for the product, as sometimes the included hardware is of such poor quality that they don't hold up, e.g., screw heads that shear off when you use a power screwdriver - good luck digging out the screw post. Nails that are of questionable integrity and content. Stainless steel hardware should not rust. Nonetheless, very happy that they have and offer what they do, as they are very convenient. Also find their Android app to be very convenient.”
“In the past while shopping at Home Depot (Bethesda), it was a struggle. Whether it was because of Covid or the lack of staffing, you would need to figure out things yourself. Sometimes you were very lucky when the staff would at least point in the directions of what you were looking for. Today, we stopped by to pick a masonry drill bit set and the customer service were through the roof! It was amazing! Wow, we were shocked at the level of customer service! Great job!!! Don”
“This is a huge store, & I am just referring to the regular store not the attached equipment rental area. I was here on a weekday morning, & I saw employees everywhere I looked. I never had a problem finding someone to ask for help from. I recommend this Home Depot for all your seasonal decorations & your home improvement, fixit and related maintenance items. There is also a nice, large and clean men's restroom. The Christmas decorations you can get here are awesome & more than enough to decorate both the inside & outside of your home in the spirit of the season. If you are looking for a good sale they are in every department of the store. There was clearance in the gardening department and winter hand warmers on sale at the entrance. “I came in last night to get a thermostat guard and some drip pans for my plants. Everything was very easy to find and also very well stocked. Self checkout was a breeze even though there were also cashiers available too. I recommend this location because they have a great selection in the garden department.”
“This is my regular go-to for jobs around the house and is pretty much like any other Home Depot except for two things: 1. There are plenty of employees around, but most aren't of much help finding things or answering questions and 2. While they have a good selection and stock of standard fasteners, their metric and specialty fasteners are a hot mess. I would suggest you go to an Ace Hardware if you need metric fasteners.”
