They do not have enough staff at the counter and the ones they have are extremely slow. They do all their business at the counter where it should be used for quick transactions. The wait was so long that I had to leave and go to the branch on River Road.

I enjoy walking in the bank and seeing the smiling faces of the tellers who I have gotten to know and who recognize me. The female executives at the bank are great!
