“It's a small and tidy branch which I always use for my banking, including business banking and sending international wires. Have been over 15 years with this branch. Always pretty quick service, polite and curt, handy for people who value their time. Many tellers and cashiers somehow know my name. Never had any problems with any transactions. They just finished the construction including the updates to the parking lot and ATM.”

His knowledge, professionalism, and customer service were exceptional—frankly, far superior to the experience I had yesterday when speaking with several “managers” through Capital Bank’s 1-800 headquarters number. My experience with the headquarters representatives was extremely disappointing, both in terms of knowledge and customer service. In fact, I was seriously considering closing all of my accounts with Capital Bank because of that experience. Ramzi completely changed my mind. He represents Capital Bank exceptionally well and deserves recognition for the level of service he provides. In my opinion, Ramzi should absolutely be promoted to a managerial position. Capital Bank needs more people like him.”
