This is likely the worst post office I have used. After just one year in Potomac, I have repeatedly encountered impatient and unhelpful staff, with little professional advice when problems arise. Customer service needs significant improvement.

The worst! I have been calling for days and mil times and no one answers the phone!! Who is the manager here? It rings and rings and rings and then rings busy, then rings and rings and someone answers and hang up so unprofessional!! Yet you have unprofessional people working at a post office!

Stay away from this post office. The accused us of putting our door hangers in the mailbox. The mailman is nothing but a liar and should let us know. Do not do business with them
