He really took his time to make sure the photo would be compliant and respect all the rules of the Canadian passport photos per their official website which turned out to be quite the process but he did it all with a smile on his face. “I went to go renew my passport at around 3:45pm. I was doing it last minute and with no appointment. Walk in hours for passports was 9am-10am. A very kind gentleman by the name of Mr. Pham did my passport renewal anyways. He was incredibly kind and accommodating and saved me a lot of time and energy as I was doing it last minute. He was very helpful.”

“LOVE this post office. You can park for free — unlike many post offices. The staff is super-friendly, unlike many post offices (looking at you, River Road, Potomac!) and they are knowledgeable and efficient but not officious (looking at you again, Potomac!). Plenty of mailing stuff if you need it — plus some greeting cards and sets of cards. All the stamps. Never a line (hello Potomac, and Bethesda POs). But mostly it’s the staff.”

“Have done all my kids’ passport photos here. They are patient with babies and young children and careful with the application. Parking is good. If your package has a prepay label, you can skip the line to drop it off. The price is right, and the lines are only really bad at Christmastime.”

“Came in for a passport appointment. Was immediately helped at the window and had all the paperwork in order. That’s when I realized I forgot to bring the check to pay. They said I could also use a money order if I had a debit card on me but I didn’t so they said that as long as I could return today with a check it’d be fine and they’d add it to my application. Came back an hour later and another employee helped add the check to the application since the person who was helping me earlier was on break. The staff was super courteous and helpful. Imagine if this was the DMV, they would have made me make another appointment for another day.”

“I missed a signature-required delivery while away, they (staff at this location; fifteen minutes before close, at that) were super cordial and apologetic that it was taken for delivery again after I’d requested to pick it up, and they were very forthcoming and transparent about when it would be delivered so that I could make it home in time to receive it. They even called the delivery driver to see if the package would be dropped off or taken back on that business day, “just so you know what to expect.” I couldn’t ask for better customer service.”

“There is an Asian staff member at this post office named Song. I had a UPS package delivered there early Friday morning, but the person who received it didn’t know where it had been placed, and Song, who works at the front desk, couldn’t find it at the time. Song was very kind and friendly. She explained that the person who had accepted the package had already gone home and wouldn’t be working over the weekend, and she asked me to come back on Monday. She also apologized to me several times. On Monday morning, as soon as she saw me, she even remembered my name and immediately handed me my package. It was clear that she had kept my situation in mind and helped locate it. I was touched by her professionalism and her warm, friendly attitude toward customers.”

Some complaints about it being closed during business hours, you have to understand smaller post offices in less busy neighborhoods are usually run by one clerk and if emergency arises they have to close the location. I’ve seen this at some other locations so it’s not unusual.”

“Today my baby had an appointment and I was nervous because I was confused about some information in the application and i had left it blank. Near to the facility plenty of paid parking spaces are available. We arrived on time to the facility and the employee told me to wait so she could inform the passport representative, we waited for two minutes when the passport representative Ms.Channel came in and greeted us. she was so professional and kind . She helped me and my husband to complete the form without confusion as she explained it well. She was so professional and supportive, with in 10 minutes all documents were submitted. We were so relaxed and relieved. I highly recommend this place due to Ms. Channel and the employees who are so professional and helpful towards their customers.”

“Had an exceptionally positive experience with Zaon "Z" Quarles. He was able to locate a missing package that I sent from my business and quickly had it delivered to the proper address. After dealing with so many people on the general customer service line who didnt seem to care in the slightest, I received a call from Z. He completely changed my perspective and made this negative situation into a positive opportunity. He seemed genuine and legitimately wanted to help.If more employees for the US postal service had a positive attitude like Z and were more thorough with customer inquiries, then people would trust USPS way more with their mail/packages.”
