“I have been attending both Preston and Denton for about a year now since moving to Caroline county. I would highly recommend this gym over any surrounding gyms for the reasons of supporting local and the effort they put in. The more people who join this gym the more upgrades I assume can be done. They have provided a 24/7 gym with every possible machine you would like to use. Slowly they add or upgrade certain things. Also appreciate the staff and most of the people who are regulars at the gym even. Great environment to get work done.”
