“I love the 8:00 AM cardio class. Wendy Palmer is doing a great job managing the Y. The instructors are very good. Once recently when the class didn't have an instructor, the class members took turns leading the exercises. No one wanted to skip that day. Facility is clean and machines are good. I also do the massage chairs and tanning and those are always clean and working great every time.”
