I've been banking at Chase for years, and their service is very good with reasonable fees compared to other banks. The staff at this location has been nothing but friendly and helpful and glad they opened a brick and mortar in Prince Frederick.

So I won’t lie I was nervous about coming here due to the bad review. But pulled up, easy parking. Walked in was greeted at the door.Told the lady I want to make a payment. She processed it, gave me my confirmation receipt and that was it. In and Out in less than 10 mins✅ So five star experience for my first time...

The experience is always great here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I always feel welcome when I stop by. It’s usually not too busy either! Saturday hours and convenient.
