I signed up for the body transformation challenge and was paired with my man Coach Dave! His guidance and oversight of my workouts and progress proved to be a key contributing factor to my success in accomplishing my goals; and more importantly motivating me to set and work towards new ones .Great facilities, with genuine non overbearing staff who want to see you get better. Classes offered take the monotony out of the typical exercise programs .Couldn’t recommend this gym, this program , and the roster of coaches (especially Dave!) anymore to someone looking to live and feel better.”
