While most reviews commend the quality of work and the courteous nature of the staff, there are some areas for improvement. A few customers noted that the inside of the new windshield was not cleaned before installation, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, some felt that important information about the new windshield, such as the need to avoid driving for 30 minutes after installation, could have been communicated more effectively. Despite these minor concerns, many loyal customers express gratitude for the integrity and thoroughness of Safelite AutoGlass, making it a trusted choice for auto glass needs in the area.
