“Truthfully, when I arrived at Safelite, I was nervous because I had my very energetic & curious 7 yr old son with me. I was worried about how long the wait would be and how difficult it might be to keep him entertained in a waiting room.

We decided to take a walk outside and peek into the warehouse, where we asked Sam, our technician, if we could watch. He was very courteous and welcomed us to stay and observe. He even let my son help with a few of the tasks, which absolutely made his day!

Mike, who was working on another vehicle, also took the time to help with ours and was just as helpful and kind. Thanks to both of them, we were in and out in less than 40 minutes, and I was so grateful for the quick and wonderful service.

My son was so happy that, on the way home, he said, “Mom, I had the best time of my life!” 😂

Becky in the office was also wonderful. She called me earlier that morning because they had a cancellation and was able to move my appointment to an earlier afternoon time, which was incredibly helpful.
