The employees park their cars taking up 2 spaces each making it difficult to find decent parking. Shows they don’t care about their customers. Will be looking for a new bank.

They will not return calls..there sending me out a new debit card, won't receive it for 7-10 business day..until then, my card is declined..my money in the bank is not accessible..creditors are not being paid due to Truist poor banking management..I will be closing my account!!

Total waste of time dealing with them , they won’t call you back when you leave messages and going into the bank isn’t any better after 34yrs of banking there , i told them i’m
leaving and they said have a good day, i will when i’m
