Today my wife tried to return a Verizon fios router with our newborn. She was sent an email by Verizon stating this location was able to used for equipment drop offs. The employee told her she couldn’t drop the router off at this location though. She told the employee that Verizon sent her the email and now they are saying she can’t?! He said I don’t know what to tell you and we don’t control the emails. Even when asked if there was a UPS store she could do the return through he said wasn’t sure where one was. At no point did he even attempt to provide anything resembling customer service and help her find a location to accept the return. Been with Verizon over 15 years and couldn’t be more disappointed with what she went through.

Today I was on the phone with about 4 different Verizon representatives trying to navigate a few changes to our family plan and figuring out how to upgrade some phones on our plan. We were afraid to go in-store because it's Black Friday, and we assumed it would be packed with long queue time, but with the complications of the phone calls, we decided we would face the wait times and crowds.
Upon our arrival, we were /immediately/ greeted and helped, and we were out of the store within 15 minutes with brand new phones in hand, family plan updated, and reassurance of the services within our plan. Will helped us at the store and was incredibly knowledgable, made us feel reassured with the plan we had in place, and knew exactly how to help us. He answered all of the questions we had, was able to talk us through the price changes in our plan, and was incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Thank you, Will, for your help--would recommend this location to anyone!

Went to this location yesterday. A representative took my name and asked what I needed. I explained my elderly mother was in the car and recently had a stroke. I needed to get a more user friendly phone for her. I have POA so no issues there. He said there were 2 people ahead of me. Thats fine, I waited. He proceeded to talk to his customers for 30 min. About issues unrelated to phone. He then took his trainee and left. He deliberately wasted time so he would not have to wait on me. What's worse is that he was training a new employee to give such poor customer service. Meanwhile my elderly parents were sitting in the car for nothing. I left.Glad that I didn't trouble them to get out of the car since they both use walkers. Absolutely ridiculous! If I could give zero stars I would!

Kevin at this prince Frederick Verizon store was so helpful and patient with me after I got a nee phone there last weekend. I am not very tech savvy but he got me thru it all. Thank you kevin.

I stopped in today and Dominic helped me with my new phone. I got the phone at the California Verizon store yesterday. Once I was home I encountered problems getting my email. Since I was in Prince Frederick today I stopped in for help. Dominic was very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you! Verizon is lucky to have this young man on staff!

As usual, Verizon blocks you from ever speaking with somebody at this store over the phone. So frustrating, when you have a specific question about something that's in the store at that moment. Verizon: overpriced service that lacks the human touch.

I came here and was immediately asked by David if I needed help. I did. Although my problem was a somewhat easy fixI had no clue how to fix it. David told me what the issue was and showed me what to do.I was still a little confused after and he patiently explained what the issue was. He fixed it and I was done and out the door in 10 minutes.Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
