I had a problem with my credit card and my payment to Public Storage was declined. Called and spoke to Debbie and she was a doll. She straightened out my account and showed me how to change the credit card and resolved my problem 123 for me. She is the best and a asset to Public Storage

During an unexpected difficult time, I had to purchase a storage unit. Ms. Debra (I think I have the name correct) was an angel sent to me!! She was so patient, empathetic, and understanding. She made a difficult time in my life so much easier. I thank her and I’m grateful for her!
