“Alvin is amazing! He worked diligently to find leaks with my 2001 BMW Z3. He was unyielding in finding the problem and resolving. He kept me informed every step of the way with detailed explanations as well as pictures to illustrate. My 20+ year old baby runs better than ever. His prices were better than comparable and his service is beyond compare. He cares about the quality of work performed, he's highly knowledgeable and knows exactly what he's doing. My BMW was in his shop longer than anticipated, and my jeep was in desperate need of brakes. Alvin, did not hesitate to tell me...informed me my brakes needed to take priority! He immediately reassembled my BMW engine, and allowed me to swap vehicles for a day so he could perform the much need brake job on my jeep. Very next day, we swapped out again so he could finish working on my BMW. This is not just excellent customer service...it's more...his immediate focus was on my safety. This is a man...a genuinely kind, caring, professional man that knows his business and puts his customers and their safety first! “My experience here was absolutely astounding. I was involved in a rear end hit and run and I wanted to have my vehicle checked for the safety of my 18 month old daughter. I had called around to a few different places and wasn’t able to get in until next week.I called and spoke with Mike who told me to come in as soon as I could. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted and my vehicle was taken back immediately. The technician Logan did a full inspection of my vehicle, he did advise me that I will be needing brakes in the near future. Being a single mom it’s hard to find a place that will not nickel and dime you for every little thing. Mike was able to get me a quote for brakes that I will be able to afford within the time frame I need them done by. I have found my forever shop. Thank you gentleman.”
