This man is professional yet also personable, patient and kind. He goes out of his way to accommodate you, and makes difficult car situations so much less stressful. I called around 9am, asking if he could squeeze in a state inspection for a car we were coming into town to test-drive. We were coming from Frederick and wanted to have the car inspected and looked over before purchasing. Not only did he squeeze us in, he was able to do so earlier than anticipated. Serge was friendly and agreed to look over the car in general and let us know if he would recommend for purchase, apart from the inspection. He went above and beyond by telling us several things that we would never have known if we had not brought it to him, both good and bad. He did not charge us extra for this personal assessment and even advised us how much to offer on the car we wanted to purchase. Furthermore, this man is PATIENT. I called him back no fewer than 5 times within the hour to ask questions re: tag and title, state inspection report and other things and he remained kind and helpful. Thank you, Serge, for treating us like family and helping us to make a big decision. We are so thankful to have found your shop!”

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car.
If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee.
Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax.
Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.”

“Been going to Tommy for nearly 4 years now. Just picked my car up today had to replace my brakes. 10/10 stand up guy. Does great & honest work. I’m a young woman and very used to slimy businessmen trying to scam off the assumption they can because I’m young and a woman. I can confidently say Tommy has never tried to do that to me once. Again 10/10 everytime.”

“I alway have a great experience!!! I have a older model vehicle (2004) and they make sure that my fluid lev are up and that any maintenance issues that they notice are brought to my attention. I was in desperate need of need of transportation fluid they were able to remedy the issue and the technician gave me a lot of information!!!! Highly recommend this location”

“The Staff was and is excellent! I recently just got my first car. Its a used car but new to me! I had a bad with Mr.Tire down the street and my Mother suggested that I use Jiffy Lube because she has always had an excellent job done to here with all the cars that she had! I came in and all three employees treated me and my Mother with respect. They broke everything down to me from suggestions for the type of oil I should use down to explaining everything I needed to come back to fix soon and I could come back and get everything done over the next few weeks. Only thing I forgot to ask was for them to rotate my tires but I will get that done next Month when I go in to get the last 3 or so things done. Thank you to this great staff and keep up the great work!”

“Ordered 2 tire online. Got to store the older Sales rep does a visual and says wrong tire size. . I told him I could come back next week. He looked up the tire, and sure enough, it was the wrong size in the system. Furthermore, he found the right size tire, and the tech had it done in the time it took to shop. That is service. Something about my generation we do not quit.WHo makes the most on the deal- US GOVT and State- taxes, Excise and fees.”
