“My wife and I bought a car six months ago and unfortunately it rode horribly. I knew we would have a difficult time getting out of it without taking a significant loss.
After several months of trying to deal with car my we decided to see if we could get a Volvo XC 40. I knew we would have to get a used one but my wife had a lot of desired specifications.
I spent two entire days reviewing Volvo dealers inventory. I contacted five dealerships in the mid Atlantic and North East areas.
Travis Moore of Koons was the first one to send us a video walk around of the vehicle that had the specs we wanted.
Travis was sensitive to the fact that my Mazda 50 was only purchases six months ago and understood that I did not want to lose money on getting into a different car.
He worked with us and was entirely professional, courtesy and helpful throughout the process.
It was the best process I have ever experienced and I have purchased ten cars in my lifetime.

“If you're reading reviews trying to find an honest and skilled mechanic, you can stop scrolling. SERGE IS YOUR GUY.
This man is professional yet also personable, patient and kind. He goes out of his way to accommodate you, and makes difficult car situations so much less stressful. I called around 9am, asking if he could squeeze in a state inspection for a car we were coming into town to test-drive. We were coming from Frederick and wanted to have the car inspected and looked over before purchasing. Not only did he squeeze us in, he was able to do so earlier than anticipated. Serge was friendly and agreed to look over the car in general and let us know if he would recommend for purchase, apart from the inspection. He went above and beyond by telling us several things that we would never have known if we had not brought it to him, both good and bad. He did not charge us extra for this personal assessment and even advised us how much to offer on the car we wanted to purchase. Furthermore, this man is PATIENT. I called him back no fewer than 5 times within the hour to ask questions re: tag and title, state inspection report and other things and he remained kind and helpful. Thank you, Serge, for treating us like family and helping us to make a big decision. We are so thankful to have found your shop!”

“I'm a little person who needed last-minute installation of pedal extenders on my Volvo. After being turned down by a handful of auto shops in the area, I called Nick of Time — and very quickly knew I'd found the right place.
What most auto body shops lack, Nick and Nick of Time have in spades. Despite a busy schedule, Nick assured me he could fit me in, and asked for the specific make and model ahead of time so he could research the extenders before I arrived. When I got there, Nick — in full post-punk splendor — came out to greet me personally. Over the next hour, he and his coworkers worked diligently on the installation.
In the past, other shops have installed pedals and simply told me it was done. Nick asked me to sit in the car and confirm it felt secure and comfortable before calling it finished. That's the heart of this review: when workers make clients feel genuinely valued, everyone communicates better, and the result is better for it. The focus on my safety and satisfaction here was unmatched in my experience with auto shops.

“This is for the employee Mira, not the place (which needs a lot of TLC by the OWNERS & better inventory) I stopped at the Shell on 10301 Reisterstown Rd early this morning to buy oil, and Mira was amazing! I really hate doing dirty car chores, but Mira was so kind, helpful, and upbeat that it actually made the whole experience pleasant.
She even walked me through how to join the Shell Rewards program and explained how it works. She needs her own consumer YouTube channel!
