Both Alan and Tyrone went out of their way to make sure we were happy and we ended up switching to an Infrared Lexus IS350 that my wife really loves. We took the car off the showroom floor the same night. The finance manager was also great and didn't push any unneeded extras on us. “This is the third car in the last 4 years that we have bought there. There is a reason for it. Jin the sales manager was amazing. Erika we had worked with in the past and remained amazing as ever. It was out first time meeting Lane, and I cannot say enough good things about him.Mack... I "met" him when I called them to ask about inventory about a crossover for a crossover and made an appointment. I had to cancel it because I got Covid and I was going to be the one taking my mom over. He checked in to see how I was doing and then allowed me the time to get better. I know some companies frown upon the illusion that if you keep calling you will get the sale. I am glad Toyota is not one of those. It's not true- in my experience it turns most people off. Anywho, I digress run- don't walk to book an appointment with Mack. He is the complete opposite of everything you hate about sales people and/or going to a dealership. I hope Toyota knows what incredibly assets all the people name are. I want to highlight Mack because he gets people like us in the doors and made a very reluctant Spaniard buy a car within an hour when her plan was to shop around after this visit.”
