“This was not my first experience. In fact, this may be my fifth experience with the fantastic staff. The phenomenal staff at your rice's town location. These ladies have shown top tier customer service and respect for our customer's time. Each time that I brought my vehicle to gerber, they gave me an estimated time, and each time they were a hundred percent on point. The entire staff from all of the ladies in the office to the technicians, putting your vehicle back together are extremely friendly, extremely courteous and willing to do the extra step to make a customer smile. My family and I are extremely grateful that every time we've had a-boo. Boo Gerber collision has fixed it and made us whole again, leaving their shop with a smile on our face. This time I had the pleasure of working with Kim kim called me on Monday and then she called me on Thursday, picked it up. We went over it. You made sure everything was to my liking.
