“Nice dealership with professional staff.
The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car.
If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee.
Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax.
Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.”

He was always professional, knowledgeable, happy to answer my questions & such a pleasure to work with. ACS dealt with the auto insurance company directly, which took the stress and burden off of me. “I was very pleased with the work that Gerber did on my Jeep Wrangler after someone hit me in the parking lot at night time and didn’t leave any info . I worked with Kyle at Gerber who kept me updated on the status of my Jeep and the staff was pleasant . Kyle promised me my Jeep would be ready on a certain date and it was and the finished product was perfect . First time using this company and would recommend to others and definitely use again if need be .”

I can’t say enough great things about Beck’s Autobody! Kenny and Cindy Beck always go above and beyond, no matter how big or small the job. Most recently, they replaced my side-view mirror, and just like every other time I’ve brought my vehicle to them, they did an amazing job. Not only was the work done perfectly and on time, but they also made sure my car looked immaculate all over. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.

“I have a ferrari and two lambos, and I have exceptionally bad judgement, so I constantly ding them, curb them, hit potholes, etc. The only person I trust to work on my cars is JT. He's fixed my cars every single time I've damaged them over the last 5 years and he's done an amazing job. He never overcharges or tries to upsell services, he's always communicative regarding delivery timelines and service completion timelines.
