“I have been here several times, drive out of my way to go here actually. I have never had a problem. I do know if you want your mats done that is an extra charge as stated on the huge signs. They take them out and return them after all the interior cleaning is done.”

I arrived just ahead of my appointment time (as advised) and before I could walk close to the business, the owner greeted me, took the keys and pull in my vehicle. It's one thing to have an appointment, but to have a process that is SO CLEAN that you pull the car in at the appointment time?!?! I not only salute this business, I HIGHLY recommend it.”

“I stopped by to get a cream spilled cleaned from the car seat. The gentleman who runs the place was leaving and couldn't take the job. But he spent time to give me great detailed cleaning instructions and I was able to fully restore the cloth seat. (The advice wouldn't work for everyone, I was lucky to have a shop vac and a steam cleaner at home).”

“I always use the self serve bays and I think they have the best car wash in Maryland. I love the ceramic products it makes my car look amazing. It’s not quite hand wax or sealant, but it’s a good alternative for in between times like weekly car washing. I travel all the way from Ellicott City just to get my car washed here. This is when I was visiting my sister and brother-in-law, and he bought a slingshot in Daytona Beach, Florida, and then brought it back to Maryland so his old one just got sold actually. They are a clearcoat at it so we’re just washing it and then I’ll light wax for the rain drops in for the shine this day. Good on the paint I detail for a living so I helped him with the rest of the slingshot.Finished product all detailed slingshot bought in Daytona Beach, Florida at Indian motorcycle in Daytona Beach Florida”

“I wanted a place where I can take my car ? to get washed manually and when I checked on Google Maps, I was directed to this place. I couldn't get the car cleaned ? because I needed interior cleaning. Here looked great though”
“I left my pearl white car on the street for a few days. When I got back to it, it was covered in red berries and bird droppings. I was embarrassed driving the car considering how bad it was and decided to check this place out. Google had some pretty good reviews on it. They did take 50 mins to clean, but they did an amazing job! They handpicked the berries off and paid a lot of attention to detail. The staff was nice and pointed out areas that might need further attention and wax. I cannot get over how nice it looks. The car looks better than the time I paid $185 for it to be detailed by another company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The company also goes by Pacific Autos Services.”

“While getting my S series repaired at mercedes benz of tampa, I noticed that many of the people on the drive were wearing gold name tags. I asked my mechanic and he said they were from a different company. I chatted one of them up and asked about them. Apparently, they're from Pinnacle. They opened my door and helped me with my son, they connected me with a salesman and even made my coffee exactly the way I asked. Whatever it is you're doing, keep doing it. It was my favorite experience so far at mercedes!”
