“I am writing this review after my LED gaming keyboard was repaired. At first, the person at the front desk said that it was probably better for me to buy a new keyboard, but I insisted that I have it fixed. Once they found the problem, a bad USB cable, they proceeded to replace it. I paid for the repairs and was very happy. The keyboard was purchased in 2017, and its warranty had expired, so I wasn’t worried about them not fixing it. Besides, had already bought a new one just in case they couldn’t fix it am very pleased that they were able to do the job the keyboard I bought back in 2017 was from eBay and instructions were in Chinese. So, we already know what that means a cheap LED keyboard with a cheap USB cable attached to it means that there will be problems they didn’t have to do it but they did and I am grateful for it.”
