The proprietor was so good to them that when I returned to pick up my pups, I found them relaxing in their crate together after their grooming session. I was informed they had even been napping while they waited for me, a sure sign of comfort.
My 15 year old has a big dose of Jack Russell Terrier in her, so holding still for nail trims has never been easy. She received one of the best trims she has ever had at A-1, ensuring that I will certainly return for future appointments.

My two cats (male and female) have stayed here on two occasions, in December of 2024 for 10 days, and late August 2025 for six days. We have them boarded separately, not in adjoining kennels, to avoid them getting on each other's nerves, as they sometimes do at home. Both times, they left looking as if they were comfortable, and well taken care of. No signs of fear, or as if someone has harmed them. Yes, of course, they missed us and would prefer the freedom of roaming around our duplex, but Kitty Castle is the best option for us when we're away for several days. We will be back. Thank you for your services.

2332 Emory Rd, ReisterstownWaggin' Around At Debendale's is the best! Jackie the owner is so extremely wonderful, kind and really takes her time to find what makes your pup comfortable during their stay. I am a very anxious owner with an even more anxious 110 lbs Rottweiler - Bella.
Jackie took the time to find out a routine that made Bella comfortable and put me at ease. Bella has now stayed several times in the last 2 years and is excited when she arrives and loves to see Jackie. The icing on the cake are the pictures of my happy girl when Im away. Couldn't say enough good things about this place and the wonderful staff and owner.

I've done returned 3-4 times. Burgers yes, but I also tried the fish and chips. Any other place would be disappointing now. 2 big flaky fillets don't just right with the right, and delicious, coating, and fries.
Is in my list of places to frequent.

We've had the pleasure of interacting with countless staff since we started taking volunteer classes and visiting animals, and every single one of these employees has been wonderful to us. The people here are lovely.
We are so lucky to have found our sweet, precious adopted dog here as well. BHS has given great communication and education to us surrounding our adoption. They've handled every aspect of the process with intention and love. Their amazing follow-up care for us as new dog parents, teaching us how to ease our cats and adopted dog into their new family relationships, has been more than we could ask for.
BHS and their trainers, mentors, teachers, and adoption staff are just super special. What a blessing to our community.
