The proprietor was so good to them that when I returned to pick up my pups, I found them relaxing in their crate together after their grooming session. I was informed they had even been napping while they waited for me, a sure sign of comfort.
My 15 year old has a big dose of Jack Russell Terrier in her, so holding still for nail trims has never been easy. She received one of the best trims she has ever had at A-1, ensuring that I will certainly return for future appointments.

11809 Reisterstown Rd, ReisterstownI just lost my precious dachshund, Rusty. I have to talk of my experience at TLC. Dr. Lucas and I worked together when Rusty was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and later, kidney disease. We walked a tightrope, as Dr. Lucas described it, making medical decisions for both conditions. The heart condition alone usually has a year or less life expectancy. Rusty went on to 1 year and 8 months for me and my baby. In addition, the ladies loved on him sometimes calling him the Rust Man :) I even ended up going to a Vet ER before TLC opened, due to a breathing issue which can occur with the heart condition, and one of these wonderful ladies came and sat with me for several hours when she found out and got off work. I can't begin to describe the wonderful love shown to my boy at TLC. When he passed, there were tears from all, and Dr. Lucas called from his vacation to express his condolences. You will never go wrong bringing your sweet baby to TLC for Pets.

My two cats (male and female) have stayed here on two occasions, in December of 2024 for 10 days, and late August 2025 for six days. We have them boarded separately, not in adjoining kennels, to avoid them getting on each other's nerves, as they sometimes do at home. Both times, they left looking as if they were comfortable, and well taken care of. No signs of fear, or as if someone has harmed them. Yes, of course, they missed us and would prefer the freedom of roaming around our duplex, but Kitty Castle is the best option for us when we're away for several days. We will be back. Thank you for your services.

2332 Emory Rd, ReisterstownWaggin' Around At Debendale's is the best! Jackie the owner is so extremely wonderful, kind and really takes her time to find what makes your pup comfortable during their stay. I am a very anxious owner with an even more anxious 110 lbs Rottweiler - Bella.
Jackie took the time to find out a routine that made Bella comfortable and put me at ease. Bella has now stayed several times in the last 2 years and is excited when she arrives and loves to see Jackie. The icing on the cake are the pictures of my happy girl when Im away. Couldn't say enough good things about this place and the wonderful staff and owner.

The custard is my favorite, but the gelati with the custard and ice combined is the best since the ices last longer in the heat and you get even more combos to try. Plenty of space to hang out in the shade after you get your treats. Very friendly staff, too! If you are driving by and don't see a crowded parking lot/long line, then is the time to stop! Worth the wait.

The peel-and-eat shrimp were huge and incredibly fresh, and the whole crab was the standout. The claws were massive with plenty of meat, and the crab dip was absolutely delicious. If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend making a reservation since this place fills up fast.
