Hunt Valley Animal Hospital
11206 York Road, CockeysvilleThis was our first visit to Hunt Valley Animal Hospital and we had such a great experience! I brought two of my Frenchies, Bear and Lola, in for different concerns and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Gore was thorough with both of them, and I really appreciated that she took the time to test Bear's toe to determine exactly what was causing the infection and discuss Lola's BOAS concerns and options moving forward. The staff was also extremely helpful when I reached out with follow-up questions after our visit. I left feeling confident that my dogs are in good hands. I'm so glad we found them and will definitely be bringing all three of our Frenchies here! I really appreciated how much they're able to do right there in the office. They were able to take a sample from Bear's toe, look at it under the microscope, determine exactly what was causing his infection, and have his medication available there as well. I also really appreciate Dr. Gore's experience and knowledge with bulldogs. Having three Frenchies, it gives me peace of mind knowing their vet understands the breed and can help me make the best decisions for my dogs and our family.

All her X-Rays and reports from the night before we're ready, we met with her surgeon Dr. Jae, Cardiology was consulted, and she was cleared for surgery the next day. PT is also awesome, our dog had less than a centimeter difference between her surgical and normal leg! Shout out to Alex who has epitomized kindness to every member of our family throughout both surgeries. Thank you!

Amanda was amazing with him, and I learned so many valuable tips and techniques along the way that I can continue using at home. The difference in Nova’s behavior has been noticeable. He is definitely better behaved, more responsive, and still his happy, playful self.
I’m so grateful for the care, patience, and knowledge Amanda brought to Nova’s training. I would absolutely recommend her and this company to anyone looking for a trainer who truly connects with their dog while also giving the owner the tools to continue the work at home. Nova gives Amanda two paws up! 🐾❤

10540 York Road, CockeysvilleWe have been coming here for many years. Restaurant is very cozy and beautiful. The owners are kind and welcoming, food is usually pretty good. However, last time we visited, we were a party of four and ordered four entrees, each of them are supposed to come with rice. Entrees were brought out along with a single medium sized communal bowl of rice, not super unusual for Indian food dining. We went through it rather quickly and asked for more because it was insufficient for 4 entrees. We were asked if we wanted a small, medium, or large. We chose medium and thought it was weird because they normally just bring more rice when you’re running low and have never asked this before. When the check came they charged us an additional 7 dollars for the somewhat small bowl of plain rice. When we asked for clarification on the check, the waitress became irritated and argumentative claiming they have always done this. We honestly don’t care about the seven dollars, but felt a little put off by the surprise charge, definite change in how they do things (never have been charged for this), and lack of communication about it. It was very awkward to bring up, especially because we really weren’t given enough rice to begin with. Additionally, we did not want or need an argument about it while out for a family dinner. Left feeing disappointed in the service at an otherwise outstanding restaurant.

The bad reviews all turned out to be BS. I’m sure they have off days and some of the customers were just in a bad mood and they wanted to vent their frustrations out on somebody. It’s a good Chinese carry-out.
The lady at the counter won me over. She was so polite and patient. The food was ok to good.
