“The people here are great. I needed a rush order of programs for my mother's funeral, and I was quoted quickly at a reasonable price, and they got the project finished in essentially half a day. It looked amazing, unfortunately we figured out after printing that I hadn't numbered the pages for them correctly. Instead of pointing the finger and making me feel like an a**, they just got to work fixing it, without extra charge, and printed an extra 100 for me all by the next day. The manager/owner (not sure) gave me a funny but thoughtful talk about appreciating the time I had with my mother and sent me on my way. I felt really valued as a customer. They were excellent. The quality of the product also exceeded my expectations. I don't live in VA anymore, so I probably won't need their services again, but I recommend them to anyone who does. These people take pride in their work.”

“I requested 8.5 x 11 programs and did not realize they need to be requested at 11 x 17 to fold into 8.5 x 11. The staff and manager were amazing...the programs look fantastic..shared it with our church contact she loved them...I requested the 11 x 17 just for the immediate family. “This place is a bit hard to find if you do not know that it is inside of Walmart. The Walmart entrance with the word market overtop the door is the closest entrance to get to Fedex. If you go in this door make a right turn before the cash registers and it will be there on the right.”

I believe the young woman helping me was named Earika (please forgive me if I misspelled your name). She was very polite as the computers kept crashing on her but she kept her cool. The manager was also respectful when giving instructions to the employees, honestly they seem to have a great team that works well together!”

“Hello im a new comer to stores like this ,I dont know how to navigate thu the system all i needed was to email my copies to have them printed out i asked for help a young lady came over i explained to her im not familiar with this can she please assist me she look at me showed me the email and walked away i put that in she had no one else to wait on but me, their was another assistant in the front but she had a customer i waved at the young lady again she came over i said to her I never worked this machine before first time in here can you please help me she then push a button on the screen and said you need a credit card and it will come out here what's your number thats they sent you, I didnt know she didnt tell me when emailing they will give you a number so then she said wait for your number then put it in and walked away again 2 people came in the store i waited on a number to come thu I put it in but it was the wrong screen so now im getting frustrated cause she walk away twice and im still lost i went over got in line behind the 2 customer the second assistant excused herself and called me back to the place where I was i explained to her this my first time im a little lost on the next step she walked me thu everything show me step by step what to do (her name was TY)but the other young lady I didn't get her name she didnt stand there long enough for me to read her name badge I was so appreciative I thanked her and the customer she was waiting on ,he also said he was so please with the assistant he was receiving this young lady was patient, caring and understanding yall need more people like her ,and less like the other young lady I was going to give them one star ? TY saved the day thank you”
