Calvert Grange is a nonprofit supporting agriculture education and the rural community. It is part of state and national Grange networks. Anyone can become a member or volunteer, with open meetings on the third Wednesday monthly. The venue in Rising Sun is a great big hall perfect for any celebration, described as absolutely perfect for events. It is rustic with a very comfy, down-home, country vibe, offering an old school feel in a pretty, undeveloped area. The space includes a useful kitchen and air conditioning. It is easy to book and work with, though it does not allow alcohol. Many recommend it highly for hosting.

First time ever being here, was here to get taxes filed through AARP, its bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside, nice inside, very roomy for events like birthday or anniversary parties etc.

Very nice area with kitchen and bathrooms to hold a birthday party or baby shower.
