“North East Pharmacy is awesome! In an age when customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this pharmacy goes above and beyond to treat each customer with courtesy and respect. I recently had an occasion where I was unable to get to the pharmacy to pick up my heart medicine. Rather than have me go without it, the pharmacist, Satish (forgive me if I got the name wrong), dropped my prescription off at my house on his way home from work after closing the store. I have never experienced more personal and caring customer service anywhere! I am very thankful for his kindness in doing so. I highly recommend this pharmacy!”

“Big shout out to Julie for excellent customer service with my husband and I getting a flu shot, we had our little dog in the truck, could not leave him alone.She gave my husband paperwork to fill out in truck then we went in separately to receive the shot.,also the young lady who gave us the shot was super gentle and very caring. “I rarely walk away from an interaction with a cashier with a smile on my face, I always use self checkout wherever I go. But I stopped at this walgreens saturday 10/3/20 around 7:30 and the gentleman working the register was helpful, informed about what the store carried, and genuinely engaging. I rarely feel compelled to write a review about a specific employee and I didn't ask his name but I hope management knows they have a great young man representing their store.”

“The only thing with this particular store is they could be a little better at filling prescriptions. Sometimes when I check the app first thing in the morning it says preparing and then 8 hours later when I'd like to pick up on my way home it says it's still preparing and I have to call to ask to have it ready. Not a huge deal but kind of defeats the purpose of me getting it in early and using the app.”
