“I had a great experience with Radial Tire. I called on a Thursday to see if they had the four specific tires I wanted, and they confirmed they were available. By Friday morning, I was there getting them installed.
What I appreciated even more was that during the installation, the team noticed something from a recent repair I’d had done elsewhere that wasn’t quite right and needed to be adjusted. They took the time to point it out, which allowed me to go directly back to the repair shop and have it corrected that same day.

“I had a tire that needed replacing under my road hazard warranty on Saturday. I went to the Lanham NTB and Carlton showed me the location of the screw in the tire made it unrepairable. He attempted to locate another NTB that seemed to have the tire in stock, but did not. I called back to the Lanham store and Alex took my information and passed it on to Candy as it was too late to order the tire and he said he would be off. Candy called me first thing Monday to get some missing information and promised she would call back. She called later that afternoon to let me know the tire had been ordered and be in Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday morning she checked and found the tire had not been included for delivery that day and promptly called me to let me know, saving me a wasted trip. Wednesday, Candy called me to let me know the tire had been delivered and I could come get it installed. I never once had to call to check on anything. Rarely have I had such proactive service. Candy and Carlton exemplify what real customer service looks and feels like.”

“I brought my 2002 Toyota Tundra 4x4 in for an oil change, state inspection and an overall assessment. Having just moved to MD, Gary took me through the nuances of the inspection process, and communicated his assessment quickly and effectively.
When I dropped off the truck, I made it clear that I was open to whatever work was required on the vehicle—a risky proposition given my experience at other shops, but I wanted to get everything buttoned up in one go.
Gary and I discussed adding two services, an alignment and a door handle replacement (I figured I needed these) and that was it. Nothing more. No upselling, no scare tactics, just honest, great work, at a very fair price.
I also have a 2021 BMW going out of warranty this year. I’ll be taking it, along with the truck, to Allbrand for all maintenance and repairs going forward.”

“Woke up and my tire pressure light was on. Called NTSB and took my car in. Got there a bit after 10am on a Sunday. I think I was the first customer. They took my info, checked my car and took it into the service bay. Small screw in the tire and a slow leak. Fixed. I was out within 45 minutes. Staff was great by the way. Very friendly and efficient. I am a very happy customer.”

“We had 3 tires blowout on our RV while on our trip this week. The first time we had a spare, the second time we couldn't get anyone to come out and help, we had to drive the shoulder to the nearest exit and get it fixed in the morning. When the last one went out last night, these guys got there with 2 tires in 20 minutes after calling. He changed both of the tires we hadn't changed yet in 10 minutes, and we were back on the road. I had a stuck lug nut on my vehicle I took to 5 other shops 2 of them being the Benz dealership either they couldn’t get it off or said it required more time different tools and a high price. I needed it to be removed so I could get my vehicle serviced before the winter weather. Zik was able to get it off in 30 minutes. Saved me SOOO much money and time and my rim with no damage. He treated me with respect was very knowledgeable and did not try to overcharge me just because I am a female. I would recommend him to everyone thank you so much again ❤️”

“The service and quality of tires were great! I had a last minute need to replace two of my tires after failing the state vehicle safety inspection, and I am grateful for finding Kenilworth after spending hours looking and visiting other tire companies. The price for two really good tires were a fraction of what I was quoted at another tire company for new tires ($190 vs $740). The mechanic also was mindful to warn me about my wheel center caps not fitting securely due to the aftermarket white powder coating applied my wheels. I was able to sand down the paint and securely fit them back on without the risk of losing a cap while driving.”
