“The service and quality of tires were great! I had a last minute need to replace two of my tires after failing the state vehicle safety inspection, and I am grateful for finding Kenilworth after spending hours looking and visiting other tire companies. The price for two really good tires were a fraction of what I was quoted at another tire company for new tires ($190 vs $740). The mechanic also was mindful to warn me about my wheel center caps not fitting securely due to the aftermarket white powder coating applied my wheels. I was able to sand down the paint and securely fit them back on without the risk of losing a cap while driving.”
“Very professional, and they took care of me right away. The lobby area was clean, and so was the bathroom. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places or a dealership.”
“Excellent service: I will definitely recommend this location to others and continue to return for any tires service needs. GREAT! I having my truck serviced and shopping for tires and Prince was very helpful quick and fast service. Great customer service. Thank for your service and help.”
“I was skeptical at the beginning but today I had the pleasure of changing my tires, really that happiness, affordable prices, and cleanliness of the place, fast and concise work. I suggest chairs for clients and a snapshot area”
“What can I say but all good things. Left work at 6:15pm and got an indication I had a flat tire. All I wanted to do was go home. And I knew the gas station air pumps weren’t working in the area where I work. I googled tire place near me and Tire Plus popped up saying that they close at 7pm .When I got here, Isaka was more than amazing. He looked at it told me and showed me the two nails that I had in my tire and took care of me right on the spot. And a brand new tire cost less than $130. Brand new I said. Everybody come to this place. Christian and Isaka were absolutely amazing, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you guys for everything.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Outstanding Service and Great Advice
I recently visited this used tire shop after finding it on Google, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. James, the manager, was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. He took the time to discuss my situation after I got a flat tire due to a nail. His advice on being a more careful and safe driver was much appreciated and made me feel valued as a customer.
The conversation wasn't just about the tire; it was about ensuring I had the knowledge to avoid similar issues in the future. This level of care and attention to detail is rare, and I truly appreciate it.
If you're looking for quality tires and top-notch customer service, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be returning in the future!”
“I had a great experience. Was traveling to DC to visit my son when tire went flat … stopped here for a replacement and they fit me in on a busy Saturday. Turned out the wheel rim was cracked. The car sat on the site for hours while I tracked down a replacement rim and then the guys put my new tire on it for a minimal charge. Everyone was very helpful. No complaints at all. Had a great visit with my son.”
