“Lovely shop, the hospitable and knowledgable owner Amy greeted me at the door and knew everything about the items I had brought in. Consigned several items and ended up spending over an hour drinking tea and conversing. Staff are wonderful as well. Wide selection of fabulous antiques and convenient easy parking as well, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Highly recommended.”
“Independent, woman-owned Judaica store for all your Jewish needs. She's got a great selection and even what she doesn't have in the store she can probably get for you -- she's been in the business for upwards of half a century. Most importantly, she was super patient, friendly, and helpful.”

“We were happy to have been introduced to Carol Walser and her service, Market House, to conduct an estate sale at our Bethesda home in fall 2021. Carol and her team conducted a four-day sale, managed the removal of items sold, and then found ways to donate what remained, so that we did not have to be involved in emptying all the we were leaving behind. It was, for us, an excellent way to lessen the emotional drain of downsizing. Our sincere thanks to Carol and her whole team!”
“A giant honking used book store in the warehouse district with every category of book you can think of stacked on old shelves that pack the room. The prices are cheap too, and I picked up a reading list in history for $3.50 a title, and these were hooks that might have sold for $18 online. It has that used book store smell too, for those who delight in it.”
