BenAFits BodyShops is a fantastic, privately owned 24-hour fitness facility. It is an incredible gym with a welcoming atmosphere and a positive, family-like community. The members and the environment provide amazing motivation. The facility itself is top-notch, featuring state-of-the-art Arsenal Strength equipment, Booty Builder machines, IPF-certified racks, calibrated plates, deadlift platforms, a full dumbbell set, turf, and a posing room. The equipment is fantastic, not ordinary, and always up to date. The owner is extremely welcoming, attentive, and puts great care into maintaining the gym and ensuring a 10/10 experience for everyone. It caters to individuals of all athletic abilities, from beginners to top-level competitors, providing everything needed to achieve fitness goals in a comfortable and supportive environment. It is a local gem that feels like home and is highly recommended.

Love this gym, been going for a year now and it’s a great place with chill people and lots of great equipment, all you’ll ever need. It’s also never overcrowded and I never have to wait for more than 5 min max to use something if ever. Also very clean!

Ben A Fits is the Best Gym in the DMV populated by a Community of amazing and caring members .Has been Home for me since 2019.It is a Must to Check Out if you live in the area.
