“I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle.
Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. I don't know much about cars so I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me so I could also understand what was going on as well. They were extremely proactive during the claims process and helped us get the process started immediately. Their customer service team was excellent, kind and communicative! They helped make the entire process seamless and based on the cost and craftsmanship, we would go back even without using insurance. Highly recommend. Our car looks as good as new!”
“JR Autobody Shop is the friendliest shop, most efficient shop I've experienced! JR (The owner) has a lot of experience when it comes to repair cosmetics, paint, fenders, cracks, and anything autobody.
His shop is run by his family with a few other great professionals with keen, detailed-oriented eyes.
JR's process is simple. Bring your car, he does the estimate, you keep your car while he researches the parts needed, emails you an estimate, you pay a security deposit, he orders the parts and gets to painting them, then call you up to bring your car and can have it turned around in a day. (But this is my case where it was just the front bumper, and I paid cash).
JR is very efficient and friendly because he wants to provide the highest quality work any customer can experience because a great experience leads to a lasting relationship!

“I had an unfortunate luck of experiencing an hit and run in the parking lot. I didn't know which body shop to take it to, but I was referred to Total Recon and decided to give it a try. The team at Total Recon did an amazing job restoring my car's body. It looks as good as new, and they even cleaned the interior. My car looked better than I originally purchased it.The repair was completed on time, and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold on anything I didn’t need. “This is your go-to car mechanic no matter how complicated the car trouble is. In my case, it was the engine oil pump replacement issue of 2020 Mercedes GLE-350. Dealer asked for $3400 and PQ did the job for a little over half the price. They spent almost two days which is how long this job takes as it requires to dismantle the entire engine - huge job! honestly I was worried when I saw my Mercedes ripped into pieces, however, they assured me that this is a routine case for them. At the end, I am very happy and kept lots of money in my pocket. I recommend PQ to everyone w/o reservation.”

As always, Mo (the owner) clearly explained what needed to be done, provided a fair and reasonable quote, and had the job completed within five hours (as promised). The service was excellent, and the price was fair.
